    Provided all labor, material, and equipment for clearing and grubbing, erosion protection measures, earthwork activities, site excavation (cut to fill), pond excavation, access road surfacing, site surfacing (gravel and screening material), culvert installation, fence and gate installation, furnish and install of new concrete piers and slab foundations, control and power conduits, manholes, pull boxes, ground grid, and the Electrical Supply Station (ESS) foundation.
